 ached the limit of registrations for onsite participation\, it will be pos
 sible to participate remotely.\n\nREGISTER HERE by December 7th\, 2023\n
 \nIn Italy\, a growing number of Institutions implements public funded pro
 grams (on EU\, National and Regional budgets) having also strong environme
 ntal\, social and economic outcomes.\n\nThese are national and European pr
 ivate-law Entities (Foundations\, Consortia\, ERICs etc.) operating in the
  non-economic environment.\n\nThey meet strong hurdles in attracting and m
 anaging Human Resources because the legal framework of private employment 
 fits very different entities (metal\, service\, commerce industries) and d
 oes not allow to attract\, manage and retain research personnel of interna
 tional level and mobility within the European Research market.\n\n\n	How c
 an we cope with the available or new instruments\, while complying with na
 tional and EU requirements? ​​\n	Is it possible to devise a joint poli
 tical action connected to the EU and ERA perspective?\n	How to best involv
 e the Government and in particular the University and Research Ministry (M
 UR)?\n\n\nThese will be the main questions addressed in the Conference 
 “Work at public/private Institutions” which will be held c/o CNEL in R
 oma and online\, on 12th December 2023.\n\nThis event is organized by CI
 U-Unionquadri “Corrado Rossitto Centre” with CERIC-ERIC and aims to be
  the start of a joint development by the relevant stakeholders toward shar
 ed solutions.\n\nIt will be an important opportunity to exchange experienc
 es\, ideas and possible solutions\, between HR managers involving also MUR
 \, a trade union and other representatives\, providing also different pers
 pectives on the technical aspects related to the main topic.\n\nPROGRAMME

 registrazioni per la partecipazione in presenza\, sarà possibile partecip
 are da remoto. \n\nREGISTRATI entro il 7 dicembre 2023\n\nIn Italia\, un
  numero crescente di Istituzioni finanziate con fondi pubblici (nazionali\
 , regionali\, europei) realizza programmi di forte interesse anche economi
 co\, ambientale e sociale.\n\nQueste istituzioni includono Enti nazionali 
 ed Europei (ad es. fondazioni\, consorzi\, ERIC\, ecc.)\, aventi natura gi
 uridica privata\, ma costituiti con uno scopo pubblico e senza fini di luc
 ro.\n\nAttualmente\, non sono previsti strumenti contrattuali specifici pe
 r enti di questa natura\, quelli attualmente disponibili sono stati pensat
 i per realtà molto diverse (commercio\, metalmeccanico\, servizi…) e so
 no poco adatti a gestire mobilità e attività di ricerca internazionali\,
  o ad attrarre e stabilizzare le risorse umane di alto livello richieste n
 el mercato europeo della ricerca.\n\n\n	Come possiamo affrontare ciò ​
 ​con strumenti disponibili o nuovi\, rispettando nel contempo i vincoli 
 nazionali ed europei?\n	È possibile impostare un’azione politica comune
  e collegata alla prospettiva dell’Area Europea della Ricerca?\n	Come co
 involgere il Governo e in particolare il Ministero dell’Università e de
 lla Ricerca (MUR)?\n\n\nQuesti saranno i principali interrogativi affronta
 ti nel convegno “Il lavoro nelle istituzioni pubblico/private di ricerc
 a”\, che si terrà al CNEL di Roma e online\, il 12 dicembre 2023.\n\nL
 ’evento\, organizzato da CIU – Unionquadri\, Centro Studi Corrado Ross
 itto e CERIC-ERIC\, vuole essere la partenza di un percorso tra i rilevant
 i stakeholder verso soluzioni condivise.\n\nSarà un’importante occasion
 e di scambio di esperienze\, idee\, e possibili soluzioni tra responsabili
  delle risorse umane\, coinvolgendo anche rappresentanti del MUR\, un sind
 acato e altre istituzioni\, fornendo anche diverse panoramiche degli aspet
